Why we exist

Most "review" sites for cash home buyers are affiliate content built to rank on Google. The rankings are for sale. The verdicts are copy-pasted. The advice is generic and ignores Texas-specific law.

DFW Real Estate Review is the opposite. Every review is written to a published methodology, disclosed as either a paid-referral relationship or not, and updated when the market changes. Negative reviews get published. We keep them up when the companies ask us to take them down.

The goal is simple: a Dallas or Fort Worth homeowner should be able to land here, read what actually applies to their situation, and walk away either doing business with a specific company or knowing why not to.
